Pedagomar: Education That Grows from the Roots

Pedagomar is grounded in a holistic educational vision that sees a child’s balanced development as beginning within the family, strengthened through awareness, and fulfilled through deep connection to oneself and to nature.
Our mission is to guide parents and educators in fostering children’s overall development, helping to build a generation that is happy, creative, and responsible.

Founder: Mariam Najdi

Mother, specialist in Educational Sciences, Family Coaching and Nature-Based Education, PhD candidate in Education, educational lecturer and university instructor, and member of RITMA (Quebec – Canada).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education — Lebanese University
• Master’s Degree in Educational Sciences — Lebanese University
• Certification in Family Coaching — École de Coaching familial de Nancy Doyon (Quebec)
• Certification in Nature-Based Education — Cégep de Rivière-du-Loup (Quebec, Canada)

In addition to these qualifications, Mariam pursued graduate research studies in education at Saint Joseph University in Beirut and is currently preparing her doctoral dissertation in Education in Canada.

Alongside her academic journey, she has gained extensive field experience teaching children in Lebanon and Canada, as well as serving in pedagogical supervision within an educational institution in Lebanon. She also taught in Early Childhood Education programs (BT & TS) in several technical institutes in Lebanon. Since 2017, she has been teaching at the Faculty of Education at the Université de Montréal – Canada.
